Triangle Ice
Triangle Ice Company is the dominant packaged ice manufacturer in North and South Carolina. The company owns multiple plants across the region and distributes product to supermarket chains, convenience stores, restaurants, and other institutional clients such as sporting arenas, hospitals, and government organizations.

Rob Holmes, Founding Partner of Black Knight Partners, LP, joined the board of Triangle Ice in 1998 and served the chairman in developing strategy and liquidity options.

In November 2003, Mr. Holmes resigned from the board as the company was sold to a strategic buyer for more than $65 million.
